First I was thinking of the radiant ones but what’s the point talking about them? You encounter any in a lifetime, you’ve had yourself some spectacular golden kismet. No point in getting all transcendent, especially not in the shower. By the time I toweled off I’d conquered that attack of over-floweryness.

Reminds me of a quip by Einstein: genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. 🙂 Easy, too easy, to get lost in the former and never make anything out of it, at least the best of it -- often some flies in the ointment.
I've read this quite a few times. Perhaps I'm stupid. Perhaps I'm dumb. Sometimes things have to slap me in the face a few times before I 'get it'.
